These weightlifting technique plates are made of a proprietary blend of recycled plastics, making them quiet in use and exceptionally durable. They also feature distinctive deep rimmed edges to allow firm grips for plate handling, bar loading and unloading. Available in stylish matte colors, these plates come in two available weight sets of 2.5 kg (red) and 5 kg (white). These are also perfectly compatible with Eleiko’s 5 kg and 10 kg technique bars.
