Job Summary:
The Sales and Partnerships Specialist is critical in expanding our customer base, managing partner relationships, and implementing strategic sales programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Strength Training, Powerlifting, Weightlifting Industries industry, a strong understanding of sales cycles, and a willingness to take initiative in both fieldwork and administrative tasks.
Reports To: Business Segment / Sales and Marketing Lead (Hybrid Set-Up)
Location: Tradezilla Corp – Office
Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through personal and commercial gyms or training facilities, clubs, and events in line with the different industries of the company.
- Sales: Schedule presentations, assist in cost estimates, negotiate, recommend the relevant products, and close deals.
- Partner Management: Handle relationships with sales partners and affiliate gyms, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor sales, determine what marketing support is needed and conduct product training.
- Commission Processing: Accurately track, calculate, and process sales partner commissions in a timely manner.
- Program Development: Organize and implement creative programs and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and product engagement.
- Industry Insight: Leverage 3–4 years of experience in gyms, fitness clubs, or strength-training environments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Fieldwork & Documentation: Conduct on-site visits and fieldwork as needed, while maintaining meticulous documentation of sales activities and partner interactions.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in the gym, club, or Strength Training, Powerlifting, Weightlifting Industries retail industry.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build partnerships in a retail or Commercial strength training facility.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable with both in-office documentation and active, on-the-ground legwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Good to have (Not Required but Preferred):
- Knowledgeable with strength-training equipment and trends.
- Previous involvement in sales incentive program design or execution.
Job Summary:
The E-Commerce & Customer Service Associate is responsible for managing online product listings, monitoring inventory, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer service across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.). This role bridges product, sales, and customer needs to drive store performance and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings with complete details, competitive pricing, stock availability, and high-quality images.
- Conduct regular inventory checks across platforms, flag low/zero stock, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
- Manage store operations, promotions, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and product launches.
- Run and optimize platform ads and sponsored campaigns (Shopee My Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, order concerns, and feedback across online platforms and messaging applications, ensuring all messages are answered.
- Track and communicate changes in customer orders, deliveries, or schedules; assist the fulfillment team in ensuring smooth processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, marketing, creative, and platform service centers to resolve issues and improve store performance.
- Analyze campaign and sales performance data to recommend strategies that drive conversions and engagement.
- Support the creation of FAQs, guidelines, and systems to enhance customer service efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online store management, or customer service.
- Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify or similar).
- Knowledge of marketplace tools such as ads management, vouchers, and promotions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Graphic Artist who will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual designs and multimedia content that strengthen the company’s brand identity across digital, print, and in-store platforms. This role involves concept creation, graphic design, product photography, and video content production, as well as coordination with suppliers and external partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing and branding materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website and Digital Platform Design
- Design and develop layouts, graphics, and visual assets for the company website, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.
- Maintain a cohesive, on-brand, and visually appealing digital presence.
- Packaging and In-Store Visual Design
- Design packaging, product labels, point-of-sale materials, and in-store visuals that enhance customer experience and brand recognition.
- Ensure print-ready outputs and work closely with printing suppliers to achieve quality results.
- Marketing Collateral Creation
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as sales decks, brochures, digital advertisements, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure materials effectively support business development and campaign goals.
- Product Photography and Information Layout
- Conduct and/or supervise product shoots, ensuring lighting, styling, and composition meet brand standards.
- Edit and retouch product photos and design product information layouts that are clear, consistent, and visually engaging.
- Brand Consistency and Development
- Ensure all design outputs align with established brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company’s visual identity and creative standards.
- Guard the brand identity by ensuring that videos and other materials are within the guidelines of the brand.
- Video Production and Reels Creation
- Plan, set up, and supervise photo and video shoots for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Edit and produce short-form videos and reels optimized for digital platforms.
- Coordinate with video editors, and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
- Guard the brand identity by ensuring that videos and other materials are within the guidelines of the brand.
- Coordination and Production Management
- Liaise with suppliers, such as printing companies, production houses, and ad agencies, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, e-commerce, sales) to support promotional and brand initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience
- Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years experience in graphic design, multimedia, or creative roles—experience in retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Creative & Technical Skills
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating visuals for websites, e-commerce, and social media.
- Skilled in product photography—shooting, styling, and photo editing.
- Able to produce and edit short-form videos and reels (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
- Knowledge of print production, packaging design, and preparing print-ready files.
- Brand & Visual Communication
- Sharp eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Able to maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials—digital, print, and in-store.
- Collaboration & Work Style
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
